  • How do I pay? You pay a "Monthly Share" directly to a member or a central pool.

  • Is it legal in Texas? Yes. HCSO's are not legally considered insurance, and are exempt from many of the regulations of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Texas law explicitly exempts HCSMs that meet specific faith or ethical requirements.
